Brighton Jewelry Accessories review: They refused to repair my earrings 2

The customer services of Brighton Jewelry Accessories are very terrible. I have bought the earrings from them and my wife wore them only 3 times. After that these earrings broke. I tried to contact them first, but no one picked the phone. So I went to their store and explained the problem. The seller took the earrings and said that he would ask the manager, and next day he called me back and said that these earrings couldn’t be repaired. He didn’t offer any other option, so I brought these earrings to another repair and he fixed everything.

I had a similar experience at the Brighton Store in the Chandler Fashion Mall in Chancler, AZ. I had purchased a bracelet and a pair of earrings, part of the South Coastal line, pale blue gems. I could never the thee backs on the earrings because the fit was so tight and the posts would bend. I tried to exchange the earrings but was just given another set of earring backs and an assurance that if the backs broke off, they would be repaired. Well, the new backs still do not work, I can't wear the earrings with the bent posts and to add insult to injury, the bracelet rotates so that the pretty blue gems are on the underside of my wrist. I can't win!
