I hired Brickey construction to do my roof. Not knowing there were Lawsuits against them in several States. After I got screwed by the company and Derek Hendricks I found out about the Lawsuits against them.
Had I known of the Lawsuits I would have never done business with them. The Lawsuits are by former employees that are owed a lot of money. I don't want to do business with a company that does not pay its people. Every consumer should beware of Brickey construction. One of the Lawsuits case #'s we found is D-202-CV-[protected] In district court.
I agree! beware of Brickey! That is not right!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Brickey Lawsuits : I know so many people that Have been screwed by this company and the owner Derek Hendricks! Thay is why there are a lot of lawsuits against them. I hired Brickey to do my roof and they did an amazing job! I have referred them to several people, including my uncle, who are just as pleased as I am. I went to work with an old crappy roof on my house, and when I came home, there was a brand new roof which was the only sign that they were even at my house. There were no nails in the yard, which is a huge concern because I have dogs. They handled my claim quickly and professionally and I will continue to refer them to others.
