Can you hook me up with this guy. :D, but on a serious not if everyone knows about this why not report it and have him arrested? Also how do you know he is poisoning the drugs unless you buy from him?
If he is selling drugs as you claim why not inform the police, especially since you know when and where he is selling them. Also this site is for consumer complaints(unless you are a consumer which I doubt since in your review you seem educated) you have no issue with this man.
