Joe Breen charged me $14, 000 to prepare our company's GSA Schedule application. He never completed the work and ripped us off for the entire amount! He does not answer our calls to him anymore.

Mr. Breen is a convicted felon, if you have been ripped off by him contact the Connecticut State Attorney's Office.

I also have had bad experiences with Joe Breen Consulting. He is very smooth at assuring that what you ask of him will be done. He is VERY clever at excuses on why he couldn't do something. Do not waste your money with the Joe Breen Consulting Group no matter HOW CONVINCING he sounds. beware!
