Following the booking of flights with east jet I now have a charge on my credit card with your company who I am not aware of having any dealings with for a £332.40 transaction. I would be grateful if you could explain this transaction or refund this amount with immediate effect and explain why this has happened. I will however be contacting my credit card company to investigate this matter.
I look forward to your prompt reply and explanation as to exactly what this charge is concerned with as I am at a loss as to why I have been charged his to my credit card.
