I ordered a zorro dog costume online from brandsonsale. When I received the costume, part of the costume was missing. (it didn't have the mask in it.) Also, a large costume was packaged in a medium package. I contacted the company and asked to return the item since I needed the complete costume by sunday for an event at the dogpark. They told me that the couldn't return the item cause it was a costume even though they messed up.The guy was really rude. Also the guy refused to believe me that the size was packaged wrong. He said I ordered the wrong size. I asked if they would two day air the rest of the costume so at least I had one in time and I would just cut down the costume to fit. At this point I didn't care, I just wanted to get off the phone with them. He told me they can't afford to do this that they would lose money and said I could pay for the shipping If I wanted it two day air. Plus he continued to blame disney for the mistake since they own the rights to zorro and now they are going to have to take it up with them cause they now have to a mask out of another costume and can't sell that one and they are losing money. I told them that I work customer service for a website and we correct the problem if we made a mistake even if we lose money. We want to keep a customer happy, he told me basically they can't afford to do that. Over all the guy was nasty that answered the phone and when i asked for a manager he said he was the manager and that there is no one above him. I really doubt that. I would NOT recommend anyone to shop with this company. I'm still waiting to see if they even ship me the rest of the costume plus now I have to go somewhere to buy another costume so I have one in time for the event!
