I wanted to bring to everyones attention about a scammer that has been ripping people off for years. His name is Brandon Batemon that resides out of Pine Bluff Arkansas. His username is _iamtheceo on Instagram and pretends that he makes huge amounts of money. The honest truth is that for many many years he has lived with his mother JoAnn Battles and puts a front on social media so people will give him money for his photography.
I ran into him on social media, we spoke for a few weeks before ironing out a deal of $2500 to do some branding for my business. He said that he knew how to design websites, I had a very particular design that he said he could do.
Two weeks into this I checked in to see what progress there was. He didn't answer so I gave him an extra 24 hours. He still didn't answer back. I resorted to emailing him only to still be ignored. When I finally got in touch with him 7 days later he said it would be done within a week. Its now been 6 weeks, he hasn't responded on email or text. The only time I got him to respond was when I called him from a different number. When I got ahold of him he pretended that he couldn't hear me and then hung up. He never called back nor fixed my issue. Stay away from Brandon Batemon and his CEO garbage. He is a scammer. Google him and look up all of the bad reviews. #IamTheCeo #IamTheCeo #IamTheCeo
Looks like we have been victims as well ! $2500 for our WEDDING package! Our 30days turned into 60days in counting! The only thing we received from Brandon are the unedited photos from his camera! My wedding was unplugged at that. So no cell phones were allowed !
There was supposed to be 4ppl show up to my wedding and only 3 came. Brandon and two young ladies! Who are obviously scammers as well. My husband and I both were in communication with Brandon for our complete package and we have yet to receive it. We have been given the run around countless time. Brandon even went to the extreme and told us he was out of the country at one point. Brandon is now in VA. scamming ppl in addition to other states.
We are moving forward with legal actions against the unlicensed business owner for fraud ! Enough is enough and unfortunately for Brandon his years of scamming ppl will cost him this time.
