This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

1. My school aged child had a sunburn on her head and was denied care because the thermometer had read temperature at 100. She did not have any other COVID symptoms.

2. I was the first person to sign up my son for Thanksgiving break and went to drop him off and I was told by staff he was not signed up. Someone crossed his name off the list. No one took accountability for the mistake and blamed one another. The CEO Nicole, did not have the decency to call me back and apologize. I had to call out of work.

3. If there are any credits on the account, they will not notify you because the system is incapable. I had a $60 credit on my account for 6 months. They failed to charge the correct amount once my son turned two.

4. My son had an allergic reaction and I needed not get a hold of the director of preschool. I was unable to get a hold of her because they never corrected her direct extension.

5. Pre school schedule can be changed at anytime. The preschool director decided to change their breakfast time in the middle of the week instead of waiting for the new week to start. The Preschoolers had their breakfast scheule for over a year.

6. If you sign your child up for any holiday breaks, you must bring them. If you do not bring them you will still be charged for the week regardless of the reason. You are charged to cover the "cost of staff". I was explained "vacation" would not be used or have to pay, but it was changed after I brought it up. Your child can only miss two weeks out of the year to not lose their spot or have to pay.

Desired outcome: The company does not have any morals.
