I ordered popular science back in the beginning September, it took them till November 20th to get my first issue, even though they said it would be there way before that.
Come December, no issue! I call (after looking for about 45 minutes on the internet for the number, cause it's not on there page) January 6th, they have no record of me and can't help me, after making them look up every Dave in the area, my name is wrong and don't know where my issue is. Can't resend my issue, only give me one extra on my 2 year subscription so a free one in Dec 2011 yah!
All in all, poor service and hard to contact, hard to work with, not recommended.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
In April 2010 I purchased a year subscription to both Outdoor Life and Field and Stream, both owned by the Bonnier group. It is now Feb 2011 and I have received a total of 6 F&S and 3 OL. E-mails to the magazines have received no response and no better magazine service.
I subscribed for a years issue of Popular Photography, which is under Bonnier Corp. It's the 17th of Dec 2012 now, they billed my credit card in March 2012 but I have yet to received even my first copy! I tried logging into their so called Customer Service site, but it does not work and merely prevents you from contacting them!
