Bolt/Taxify review: Bad service to customers/ ca

I lost my phone while paying for the trip. It fell when I was paying and did not hear the phone when it fell. When I got home, I realize that the phone was not in the bag. I then quickly called my number with the hope that the driver will hear it and answer. I called more than 30 times with no luck and even called the driver using the number on the app, however, the number was not going through as it was company's number. I emailed Bolt asking for the driver's number and I kept receiving email from different agent promising to assist me. I even went to Bolt office in Randburg and the lady I spoke was rude and could not help me. I then went to the Police station to track who the car belongs to with the hope of getting the numbers, still the information received from the police excluded the person's number.

Bolt is not assisting me to get my phone from the driver.
