Bobcat review: Spare parts

Bought new rim for 463, only way to fit with wheel nut indent in correct position leaves tyre valve on INSIDE of wheel. Spare parts people helpful but senior management (regional) whilst visiting displayed extreme lack of mechanical knowledge. They even tried to convince me I had and could put it on backwards. I am a Clark trained technician from much earlier, I believe this is were Clark's service and management are falling down, there are people with nowhere near enough experience in their field. The product is very good but the service is left severely short through placement of wrong people in the wrong position. I have been a plant mechanic for 40yrs and now have had an earthmoving business for 25yrs, and someone tries to tell me that I put a wheel on backwards, when clearly it is a manufacturing fault. I am sorry to see bobcat still struggling with service here in Newcastle but the wrong people are in the wrong place. You need experience in the mechanical field to provide good service.
