Bluewater Field Services review: Non payment for work 5

Bluewater pays once per month, and like Etc they pay their subs regardless of if or when they have been paid by their clients. Thus, we will immediately adopt that approach as a joint organization. We will pay our subs on the 20th of the month for everything they have done between the 15th of the previous month and the 15th of the current month. Thus, if you complete a job on July 10 you're going to get paid on July 20. And, the worse case is that you'll do a job right at the beginning of the pay period, July 16, which will not be paid out until August 20, which is only 34 days, which of course is much better than what we have been offering in the past! The other benefit is that we will be combining volumes, which could result in more volume and profit on your end.

Sounds pretty simple right? Wrong

I'm in my forth month, 1st month shorted $237.00, 2nd month shorted $32.00, 3rd month, did not get a check at all until I threaten them with a lawsuit and ended up quitting along with other Inspectors, found out not a single Inspector got paid on time. Was also shorted $169.00 and now owe $241.00 for work done for this pay period.Total of $679.51. Owner kept saying check was in the mail. Owner said he would over night a check, which never happened. Said he would meet me at the office to call at 2:00, called at 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, 3:00 then girls said they would call me when Brian Baker got in. Never received a call.

I worked for them about 3mths & decided it was time to move on. Guess they got pissed off, cause when pay day came, guess what there wasn't no deposit in my acct pay day. So old girl tells me their system went down & it will be deposit within the end of the day. Still no deposit, so 2 days later they tried to say I had a lot of charge backs. I'm like oh here we go. Mind you now their replying to my emails (records for later usage) So, they tried the bogus charge backs, didn't work, why are you just now stating this. Oh, we just caught it..(Oh really, ok) Explained to her that I'm not going to argue nor I continue to go back & fourth with you on this. Played ball right in there own back yard. Went to the Utica courthouse filed a lawsuit against them & my court cost & gas fare & time for me taking off work, to deal with their nonsense. Brian appeared in court lied to judge, showed all paperwork from all my inspections. Lets just say when we walked out of there Brian & Bluewater owed me my "MONEY".. Was he pissed yes, but who cares, shouldn't tried to lie in court, next time come prepared, instead of looking like a Pillsbury dough boy stuffed in a suit. Don't let these people get away with not paying you, your money they owe you. Its yours "Get It"...

Bluewater Field Services is a very unprofessional property preservation and construction company. It's a very small company that orders work from contractors and doesn't pay for it afterwards without a hassle, or at all. The owner accepts work from clients in areas that they don't even cover and then attempts to find someone on the Internet to complete it. Meanwhile the requested work becomes late or all too often never gets done.

Heather is a liar and Brian Baker is an ###. Who runs a business like this. Do not hire them. They owe me over a 1000$. I would like to be paid.

I have just recently ended my ties with bluewater as well. Is there anything that can be done if a group of us band together? Their continuous non-payment needs to get put to an end, Brian Baker is a ### and has almost ruined me financially.
