Blue Sky cleaning review: Item damaged during dry cleaning 1

I took my brand new cashmere coat to dry cleaning because the little dog jumped on me and left some marks on the left front side of the coat. When I went to collect the coat a week later ( given service time was 5 days ) I found the are where stain was heavily rubbed and cashmere was dull and fluffy, not soft and smooth as it was originally. I spoke to the person who took my coat for cleaning and he assured me that its just a small problem and they will clean my coat again. I agreed with that.
When I asked him why it looks like someone have rubbed my coat with some strong chemical or sponge, he couldn't answer.
After few days I went back to collect coat and I was deeply shocked what they had done.
The coat was looking like washed or warn out, all seems had white lines, the silk lining inside the coat was stretching ( looks like been ironed with too high temperature ) the are where stain was looked rough and lighter in color.
I asked the person to explain why my coat is damaged. He told me there is nothing wrong with my coat.
When I asked him may I speak to the manager he said manager is not here. I was adamant that the manager should contact me as I wasn't happy with the service and the coat was damaged. During the next 3 weeks between Feb 2. and the Feb 23. 2013 I visited the dry cleaning at least 6 times and every time I was given more promises that they will deal with my complain and the manager or the owner will contact me. Finally on the 22 of Feb the man who refused to tell me his name but said he is the owner of the dry cleaning met me with 5 other men, who I assume work there. The conversation we had witnessed by 5 other men was very unpleasant, unfriendly and very unprofessional. He told me that they haven't done anything wrong and I should pay for the service and leave the shop. I had bought the same coat from the same shop and showed his how different my coat looks comparing to the new one. he told me he doesn't see anything wrong with my coat. He threatened to call me police as it was close to the closing time of the dry cleaning and he told me I have no right to keep them delayed.
I was very nervous and taken back by such a bad attitude and customer service and carelessness I just left the dry cleaning.
I went back there next day, payed 8, 50 for the service and retrieved my coat.
I took it to another dry cleaner and asked their opinion about what might have gone wrong. They told me that my coat has been dry cleaned with too strong chemicals and the area of the stain has been brushed with something and also the coat has been ironed with too high temperature.
I paid 126 pounds for my coat. Wore it just twice. The 3 weeks of disputing with the dry cleaners have left me shaken and caused me so much unnecessary stress and I still have no coat to wear.
