The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

On Oct 23, 2009 I had a consultation and agreed to two botox sites, not more, after the treatment was completed and the botox was already injected into my face, I was charged for much more than I had agreed upon. I left a check for the services rendered, the owner went to the Police filed a FALSE police report stating I NEVER paid, when I DID leave a check for the CORRECT amount. I have emails from the owner Ronda (owner) stating she DID receive the CHECK, which I still have as

evidence! - she lied to the police and I was arrested due to her FALSE POLICE REPORT!

I had a bad treatment there as well! Ms. Ronda Hawara needs a class in customer service!
My first visit to Blue was ok but on my second treatment I was burned really badly. I was also OVERCHARGED for the amount they originally quoted me!

I called the manager, who of course didn't answer my call, and left a message explaining I had been burned, wound up in the ER as blisters started to form (keep in mind I had a brazilian bikini laser) and that I would like her to call me back.

The manager never called me back.

Instead, she had the Nurse who burned me call me back. When customers have a problem with an employee, we want to discuss the incident with the manager, not the very person who caused the problem. Its awkward and inappropriate.

The manager never bothered to called me herself, which is wholly unprofessional and unacceptable. There are plenty of great places to have laser done, ones that are cheaper and more professionally managed...I'd recommend one of them instead.

Botox and facial fillers can be done with wonderful results by anyone who is trained well and have extensive experience with injecting different parts of the face. I had my face injected by an RN and physican's assistant numerous times while living in Arizona. The result from both is very pleasing at a fraction of what other doctors charge.

Not all doctors charge an arm & leg for botox and facial fillers. I had to go see an ENT doctor for my GRED. Then I saw his prices for botox and facial fillers. He also offers dysport for $3.40 per unit. This is a product competing against botox. $7.50 per unit for botox and $350 per syring of juvaderm. He spent more than an hour doing my injections.
