My child started out so excited about going thru cosmetology to become a hairdresser. They have literally completely discouraged her because they haven't taught them hardly anything in the 8 months she's been going there. She's had handcutting 1 and his new in handcutting 2 and had no clue how to cut hair. They aren't organized nor professional at all and its costing her almost 30 grand to go there. She its so discouraged about school now and has lost all confidence she once had in becoming a hairdresser.
Desired outcome: Someone to tell me who to contact about this
My daughter was very excited as well to start the medical assistant program, but a hostile teacher who is verbally abusive and racist has totally destroyed my daughter’s confidence and she is fearful of going to school. Now she is dropping out. The leadership did nothing to address the issues and is allowing this awful abusive teacher to continue working and abusing other students. This college is taking government grants and loans and needs to be help accountable. File a complaint with the Department of Education and FASA if you daughter received government loans because the school is taking government money and not providing the quality education required to gey these loans. Call for an investigation and a refund of your daughter’s money.
