Purchased Dog Bed in 6-28-20 for $129.99
I still haven't received bed. I emailed them regarding it and they said it's stuck in transit. They said to confirm my address, which they already have. I confirmed it on Monday and have reached out to them multiple times with no response.
I'm starting to think this is a scam. They have email only to respond to and no phone number. Hopefully, something can be done about this crap as it will happen to others

I ordered a small bed that ended up costing over $50 (later found out you can get the same bed on Amazon for half the price) and paid extra for tracked/faster delivery. After a week of no updates I email customer service asking what was going on and they progressively took longer and longer to reply to me. Eventually they decided to tell me it’d take about 30-35 business days to get to me and so, naturally, I asked for a refund since I can get the same bed for half the price and in like 2 days from Amazon. After I asked for a refund they decided to stop replying to me all together. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I do not recommend this to anyone even if you are cool with waiting that long. The fact that they decided to ghost me after asking for a refund just screams unprofessional and unhelpful. Do not buy products from a company that don’t value their quality of customer service/care.

Yes, same thing with me. I asked for a refund and they stop replying to me. I guess they are closed down now because I tried looking for them and their website did not come up. I guess we lost our money.
