I orders thanksgiving flowers and 2 balloons for a friend in Colorado
ON 22nd November I received an e-mail from blossom flower delivery saying they had to make a "SLIGHT" substitution in order to send my flowers on time.
on 23rd November my friend sent me a photo to say they had arrived
I was shocked to see the photo it was NOTHING like what I had ordered and with NO balloons
I sent an e-mail straight off to Blossom flowers :My friend just sent me a photo of the flowers that were delivered to her.
What a disappointment they look nothing like my order, I know some flowers were being substituted but this is not what your web site says.
"We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations."
I also ordered 2 balloons where were they ? Not with the order

a reply came back from Hanna:We apologize that our response was not promptly as you expected. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the item. With the current health crisis, we have been experiencing limited supplies of fresh flowers. Our main wholesalers did not receive their flowers on time and, thus, could not send them on to us. Because of this issue in the supply chain, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions. We are offering a 10% credit/refund to be applied back to your charge card.
I replied I would like a full refund 10% is an insult and that she had never even read my message i.e No mention of the missing balloons
The reply from Blossom flowers was:We do apologize for the inconvenience, we will offer you a maximum credit of 20%. Please let us know if we can proceed thank you!
I replied absolutely not and you still haven't taken into consideration the fact that you didn't even add the balloons I paid for
I want a full refund or you can adhere to your own policy (quoted)

In the event that a product materially differs in quality and characteristics from your original order (i.e., does not comply with our Substitution Policy) please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange for: (a) a pick-up and re-delivery of the product if available, (b) or re-deliver a product of equal or greater value; (c) store credit; (d) or full refund will be give upon return of the product within seven business days.If you will not refund me then please do (b) re deliver a product of equal or greater value.
My product shows at least 16 flowers and that is just the front angle you sent seven and some greenery it did not have the same style shape or color. With no balloons that i have paid for
I understand you are having supply issues but it is not the customers responsibility, you should not be taking orders that you can not fill
I don't believe that balloons are a supply issue !
This is the ongoing e-mails they offer 20% and ask to close my case I refuse and copy and paste something from their policy that states they will send the same or BETTER etc etc.,
I told then not to advertise what they can't deliver and guess what the web site still offers the same as of today ...Ripping people off
so I am here now !
They talk about commitment guarantee and your satisfaction is our number one priority ...
$84.96 total for 7 flowers and some twigs my friends husband kindly said thank you for the bouquet well it wasn't really a bouquet, thanks for the flowers ...
