11/10/22 money was withdrawn from my bank account. Two withdrawals $59.99 & 129.88. I had ordered one bottle of skin tag remover which cost $64.94. I received two bottles of tag remover and one jar of moisturizer. I called customer service on 11/19, spoke to JN and asked why the two withdrawals. She explained that I ordered all that I received. I told her NO, I ordered one bottle of tag remover. I did it online so there could of been a screw up. My intent was one bottle. Told her I want to return what I did not order, which would be one bottle of skin tag remover and the moisturizer for a full refund which would be 59.99 & 64.94. She told me I can get 30% of the purchase price. Told her that I did not order what was sent. She then upped it to 50% refund. Told her NO. Asked to talk to a manager. She then gave me return instructions... address etc. I told her I am not returning the product until I receive an email from her or her manager of what the refund will be. I do not want to return the product and only get 30% on something I did not order. She said the email would be in my inbox in a day or so. No email after a few days! On 11/22/22 called and spoke with Travis. He was able to locate the file. He told me he cannot give an email & refund price because it is taken care of from the return center. Asked for a manager. He did not transfer. Told him all I want is an email w a written full refund price so I will have no troubles down the line. He told me he would send an email. No email has been received by me. This seems like a very dubius company. There was no paperwork when I received the product in the mail. Luckily I screenshot my confirmation order and thereby had a number to call. My problem is that I want written confirmation of the FULL refund I will receive. I have not sent the unordered product back because I fear that a full refund will not be given.

Desired outcome: I want a written confirmation that I will receive a refund of $64.94 for the tag remover and a refund of 59.99 for the moisturizer.

Pretty much the same story.

Ordered one bottle of tag remover ( which by the way doesn't work)

Received 2 for the double price about 190.00 and now they charging me every month the same amount.

Called the service number. The person on the phone claimed i checked the repeat delivery option which I I didn't I talled them tto cancel, they were saying the wood but they will still charge me for the second useless bunch because it "processed" Informed them will dispute charges with the bank They claimed that I will have option to return when I received the "product" and I should call them to do so. Obviously this is big lie because they would've email me the instructions right a way and no calls needed This company has to be shut down for the fraud they are

I am also in the same boat. Ordered one for 59.88 and they charged me that amount plus 199.88 for an additional five bottles. I also tried stopping the order before they shipped and they never responded to my emails. In fact, they have not responded to the dozen I've sent them since.

I refused the package when it was delivered and called them to let them know. After seven attempts I got thru and she told me they couldn't refund me because I didn't follow their return rules. Of course when I said how can I do that when you don't respond to emails she had no answer. She also couldn't get me anyone to speak with who was in charge. They were all unavailable at the time.

I was able to dispute both charges with my bank, got my money back immediately and also had to get a new bank card. I would love nothing better than to shut this scam of a company down

I have had the exact same experience. Just go my 2nd box of 5 bottles. Does anyone have the phone number? Nothing I ever received has a way to contact them.

I’m upset with your company. Sent me more product then ordered and more times then I wanted. Just wanted to try your product with one order. Please clear this up immediately I will not pay for anymore delivered to me or even receive the delivery. Thanks for a quick response

I am having the same issue with the lady that I have received five bottles every month and that is not what I ordered and I expect someone to cancel all my orders at this time I will not pay for anymore or receive any more products I will return them and I will have my checking account to stop anything that you all send to me I will not receive it or pay for it I am amazed at what has happened to me thank you and I expect an answer shortly

This comany is for sure a scam... I have run down several phone numbers and they all direct you to option 9 which disconnect... They have charged my credit card for $39 and also $199. I plan to locate them one way or another... but, all of us need to assist each other to put a stop to this company and the fraud they are commiting against all the people who think they are legit. Trying to contact Bliss Skin but all the numbers I have send you to #9 option on the phone then disconnects. They have charged my credit card $39 and also $199... I want they to credit my card back as I have never received their product (scam)

I also ordered one for $39 and got an email they were shipping 5 and charged me $199.88. When I ordered online, I never got a confirmation email and the amount I was being charged ? So I called the same day of ordering, was on hold for 10 minutes & instead left a voicemail but never got a callback..when I received an email 3 days later with the amount they charged me, I called the customer services # and told them I never ordered 5 bottles & rep said they would give me a 30% discount. This is obviously a scam & called my bank to cancel the payment charged to my card. Bank rep said they would investigate my claim & mail me documentation with the outcome.

I have the same issues as Marianne above (sorry on name spelling). Except one little bottle of cream n 6 tag removal. I don't need tag remover.

I was told to wait for a box to return items. I looked at my bank account and they still put in a payment. $199

This company did the same to me . Two charges plus charged me for three tag removers. The other was for moisturizer I never ordered. I can't get any help and I can't afford the 260 dollars they took

I ordered one time, received the product, and found it helpful. But then, I was charged again a month later, and just received more of the product - which I do not want and did not order.

I cannot find any valid address, phone number, email address, or other contact information for my complaint.

They are a complete scam. The customer service number to ring is [protected].

I took a photo when I ordered and it says 60 day guaranteed refund if not happy. They worded the ad so a bottle was about $64 plus you’d get a bottle free. They then charged $128 for the 2 bottles. Then another charge 30 days later of $128 and 2 more bottles I didn’t order arrived. My bank contacted me to ask if this was a fraudulent transaction. I told them yes. The bank then stopped my credit card and issued me a new card. The $128 was refunded into my account. I rang customer service and she refused to honor the 60 day return gaurantee. She said it had changed to 30 days! I told them I had a photo of the 60 day guarantee but she refused to take the bottles back. Then said she could give me a $45 refund now and to phone back to get an RA# later to do the return. They just refunded me $65 the next time I phoned and told me they didn’t want the product returned. So I’m about $20 out of pocket which I guess covers their postal costs but buyer beware. I still haven’t tried the product but reviews on Amazon said it doesn’t work. Anyway, ring the number and try to get back whatever you can and consider reporting them to your bank but be aware the bank will stop that card and you’ll have to contact all the businesses that are set up to take money automatically and you’ll be without that card until the bank sends you another.

Same thing happened to me as the ones above. They told me once I received the product to email them and they would send me a return authorization. Now they are not answering my emails. I should have known better to purchase this online. They had taken the money out of my account the same day I ordered and I emailed them to cancel because I did not agree to that amount. They said they couldn’t because it had shipped which was a lie because I got an email a week later that they were getting ready to ship.

I’m glad I did my homework RE the viability of this new skin tag removal. I had to go through many different sites for reviews. All of the comments sounded the same which my intuition said slow down and do more digging for the truth. No actual comments as to serum effectiveness but to the scam of doubling up of product when just one bottle was ordered.

On their website it says they won’t cancel any orders. Who does that?!

I canceled my card and will dispute the charge. Two can play this game. Good luck getting anything from me.

My dad is going through the same thing everyone is saying happened when they ordered this. He bought one bottle and received 5 and has charges of $199.98 coming out each month. He never signed on a contract/subscription and is trying to figure what the hell is going on and how to stop it.

Hi, these people are nothing but frauds! Same thing happened to me. I ordered the one bottle and received 5. I called to request my money. I told them that they had no authorization to deduct $199.99 from my personal bank account. This is the account that I pay my bills and I was horrified when they took that money out.

The reason your dad is paying the once a month fee is because they have him on an automatic payment. They put me on this list as well but had not made that 2nd charge because I called them right away for a return with a full refund.

I had several representatives that told me that once they got the product on hand then I had to wait 2-3 weeks for a refund. One man told me I wouldn’t get the $199.99 because they charge for re-stocking?

I called another # that I found and the woman said thee protocol was 2-3 weeks but she refunded my account $100. The same day I sent it. Then told me when the product came in I should receive $99.99. She even told me to call them 3 days later and by then they should have the product according to the USPS. It was there on time but told me I still had to wait at least 2 weeks.

I can’t find the # I called where the woman was so understanding. They give you a # that doesn’t work then when you finally reach them they don’t work either!

I’ll try to find the # I called since I want to check on the other part of my refund. After I get it I already informed them that I will be making complaints with the FTC and BBB and wherever else I can report them!

I’m not [censored]ing with these [censored]. Now that I’ve read others experience it’s clear they give you the run around. I’m not going to subject myself to that. I thought I was ordering 3 bottles for $39 and my account was immediately charged $199.98. I called my bank and told them I lost my card as they said I had to call back on Monday to dispute a transaction. So my card has a hold on it and I’ll most likely let them issue a new card if the company is billing monthly. Complete scam. I thought it was such a great story about the two sisters who launched the product. And was excited about the product itself. I see it’s also sold on Amazon which I trust. I should learn my lesson.
