Bliss Construction/ Seth Bliss received $2000.00 deposit for a bathroom remodeling. Due to previous behavior with other customers and reviews. I decided not to move forward with his service. Requested a return of money. He won't return. I have made a police report and he has received a letter from my attorney to return the money. I will be taking him to court now. He's know for his lies and taken advantage of the elderly and single women.
Did you ever get your money? He took much more than that from my mother and I.
Good luck collecting money from that pos. I had ri show up to his house and make him nervous to get paid.
