On Dec 5, 2022 I ordered a Waldorf doll at the price of $12.99. Shipping was an additional $8.99. The company is Bliogo e-mail address of emaill. shoplzaaz.com

Order # [protected]. Carrier states China Post. Tracking # AS810639469C.

The site states that it arrived in the U.S. on Dec. 15. It has not arrived and they now have my credit card number and my address. I have reached out to them 5 times and each time they tell me to patiently wait. I was scammed and now realize this company uses many false names to sell the Waldorf dolls.

Desired outcome: It is the principal of this that bothers me most. I should have picked up on the e-mail address.

I have been corresponding with them since I ordered two different orders. Never arrived. First responses said wait patiently then next said they showed arrived. I checked cameras and contacted Canada post who said they n3ver arrived in customs. Next cor. said stuck in customs and again called customs. No sign of parcels. Then when I said proven not in customs they said tracked and sent to wrong address and will resend. That was 3 months ago. I ama senior and I am so upset I paid with visa and they have all my information to sell at will. They have no idea how this can damage people. They should be charged. My last letter said I was sending to our newspaper and tv station. But I’m sure I am one hundreds of thousands that was scammed. Not to mention the two orders and shipping 70. Dollars I can’t afford to lose. Don’t ever shop these Chinese companies, they are just getting information for who knows what.

I would like to join this group about Bliogo company. I ordered 4 Waldorf dolls and a sea glass Christmas tree on December 2, 2022, and still have not received my order. I have emailed them about 10 times. 9 of the emails would tell me to be patient. One email said they would cancel the first order and send out a new order, which has never come. This last email I sent came back undeliverable. I want my money back!

Can anyone help with that?

I have saved all emails. And I have the credit card transaction if needed.

I know I’ve been emailing since December. I never received our order. I continue to get emails apologizing for the delay in saying that our package is undergoing routine spot checks at the customs.

4 months waiting for an order that was supposed to be delivered by Christmas is unacceptable. Very disappointed. Obviously a scam.

Bliogo is the name of the company on Facebook. I ordered two handmade Waldorf dolls in the amount of $34.97 on December 3, 2022. They said they were shipped and delivered which I never received them. I’ve reached out to them several times and just get an automated reply. Order #[protected]
