Blakes Lotaburger review: Bad experience 7

Recently I had an experience of going to Blakes Lotaburger, I’ve ordered chicken sandwich with fries but after I’ve got them I’ve noticed that a heavy smell of grease was going from them. I refused to eat and asked for refund but those people refused to give me my money back for that crap food.

I went to Lotaburger in Espanola and like everytime they are out of something you should literally take the stuff off your menu if you never have it or get better management cause when worked there 20 yrs ago the manager always made sure we never ran out of stuff and everything was written way more employees there now then then and still cant get things right

I went to your Blakes on Menual by Pennsylvania area on Sunday. I called in an order and when I drove up the young man was rude and not helpful after handing me my food he slammed the window shut. When I looked in the bag my fries were burned and black not to mention regular size when they were supposed to be large. I went inside to show them and request new fries the guy was very incompetent and rude with no cares for the business. He fried me another 4 fries which again burned and threw them in the bag after he tried to hand them to me on a tray I told him those are to go. Mind you I spent over 40.00 for burgers and drinks and to be treated this way is horrible. When I called the manager Adan he stated I can give you a credit for fries and was rude about it and I told him I would never be back he said ok and hung up. I frequent this Blakes often because I live very close but I will never be back because of the treatment. You will lose business if you continue to hire incompetent employees that show they have no care for your business or the customers.

I have been a customer for long time, Lately I have noticed the wait time is quite a bitter longer then I noticed I had been waiting for the cars behind me why should I wait with my motor running the heater on for the two or three cars behind me get there order in no time, The lady at the window brings three sacks to the drive up window, Last Monday I was told to pull up so I could watch the cars behind me get served . Not fair thought it was first come first served.

I love Lata burgers, except when you start using, wilted lettuce, and tomatoes that have been around a long time. The store near my home, that I love to eat at, does this very often it's on north main in las cruces NM. We ate at Lata burger in demoing NM, and those burgers were so good. Can't you do something about this store doing this! If it happends any more I'll have to eat my burgers at whata burger, they have fresh lettuce. Thank you

Went to richmond NE for breakfast ordered two sausage burritos with red. After 20 min i began to wonder if my oredered was even coming. Im number 55 they call 56s order ok hes a single no biggie im surely next. Nope, a family of 4 that walked in about 10 min after i did got their food. So i walk up to the counter to ask about my food and everyone pretends they dont speak english. You just took my order in english? Then they ask what did I order as if im suppose to be keeping track of my own oreder and food. At that point you breach the contract of not provided me with a good or service that i had paid for. No huff and puff just a simple I want my money back. And i left. So many other good burrito places in ABQ and if i need a burger ill go to whataburger. Sorry Blakes your employees are costing you business.

Employees at The BLAKES Lota burger on Coors And Fortuna never ever answer the phone! Trying to place an order by phone is ridiculous! They don't answer or take the phone off the hook! One of the times I called the answered and just laid the phone down. I could hear them all talking, but they never responded. I sent my husband there and stayed on the phone. When he got there he told them I was on the phone then they hung up! Spoke to the Mgr. Nothing changed, I just now tried placing an order!

The chicken tenders were more like chicken nugget and to charge more for a shake that is only 16oz is terribal the worse season fries Robert Sedillo at 388-6816
