The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Just like others here I purchased this for .99 I never recieved anything but figured I just lost the .99. Then my bank account was charged 149.95. When I contacted them they said sorry you didn't cancel within 30 days, no refund.
Well I have reported them to my bank and the FTC. I'll never see my money again but if enough people complain they might get shut down.

I was charged $54.95 for free trial and it should have been 99 cents. I was unable to acess the web site as well.

Also you got classified information on my accounts with out my ok. I am concerned about how you can get information and use it. scottlombardo@hotmail.com 26718 n. e. lake shore dr. wauconda account 7019 and cancelation #249383 please refund in full

my wife did just like Ann, thought she'd be only out of .99 when the package didn't arrive, but got hit with 149.95 month or so later. after contacting blackbelt they said to email to refund request, which by the way is out of cyprus. i did this but also did some searching on web and saw complaints as hoax and went to our bank's bookkeeping section and complained. they called the 800 number and were told i was instructed to send an email to refund request at blackbelt. the charge had bounced and caused other debits to bounce with the insufficient fees too. i said i had sent the email to refund request but i thought it was fraudulent that you get charged for something you never receieve to evaluate.

my bank asked me if i wanted to sign an affadavit to have it investigated as fraud and i did and yesterday the whole amount was rescended including the insufficient fees.

i checked also today to see if refund request ever answered back and they had, with this:

"Upon reviewing your refund request for the product Black Belt Profits, we have found that your account remained open beyond the trial period. For this reason, you have been charged for the Annual Membership Fee is described within the Terms and Conditions (T&C). A link to the T&C can be found at the bottom of the web page where you signed up for your fee trial period, [http://www.tryblackbeltprofits.com]

We have canceled your subscription and you will no longer be billed."

it's like they intentionally know you won't ever get anything to evaluate and just wait around to bill. at $149.95 a clip minimum this is a lucrative fraud for somebody.

i don't know how my bank settled this, fdic? just glad they did.
