Please do a thorough search of internet reviews before using or even contacting Black Widow Internet who also trade as Crystal Clear Digital Solutions (formerly Crystal Clear Global Solutions).

A lot of businesses have been ripped off by this company (please see claims posted on a number of sites) and Google has recently added a Malware warning to the Black Widow Internet website; Please see the attached screen prints taken on 22nd March 2010.

The company directors are Scott Smith and Richard Short so if you come into contact with either of them you would be well advised to run a mile.

A couple of complaints to look at: Black Widow Internet AKA Crystal Clear Digital Solutions Limited — Underhand methods and unethical business practises
Black Widow Internet AKA Crystal Clear Digital Solutions Limited — A brief summery into the way Scott Smith and Richard Short operate through their various companies including Digispike

It's hard to see how Scott Smith, Richard Short and Black Widow Internet can turn this one around and come out smelling of anything sweeter than cow dung. What excuses do you have this time Scott?
