Do not get fooled by this company. They promise business loans even for start up business. Allan will talk nicely and promise that the loan officer will talk to banks. Charged $800 for preparing business plan. Took 3 weeks to finish it. Loan officer said he will find lenders. No follow up after that call. Waiting since 30 days.
They only charge for preparing business plan and end up doing nothing.

    FRAUD!! Scam artists! Someone used my hubsands info to get a rate...somehow only gave his last 4 numbers of his social...biz2credit put on app it would not go on personal report...but I got into the application thast someone done since it was emailed to me and biz2credit had made hard inquiries on my husbands credit! ###! tried to email him (Ray Tuckler) to get him to remove it as it was unauthorized and the j**k ignored us...we are in th emiddle of a home mortgage...now we had to put a freeze on his credit account with the bureaus...go through the headache and drama to get that stuff off of there...tried to delete whatever application someone started and it won't let us delete the last 4 digits of his social..these folks do nothing but commit fraud!!

    Hi buddies you should try Court for same (with proper proof).. posting ur complaint here is stupidity ..
    Also users and visitors are not blind. Please Paste / Attach your proof here.. or otherwise don't make fool of world

    I agree, with my circumstances being very similar. They have horrible service!!! They promise a case manager will get back with you and no one ever does. It has been two and a half months and ever times I call they give me the run around. Victor keeps saying they will call you tomorrow. They have all my personal information and it is unacceptable. At least I wasn't dumb enough to pay them anything. I just think my personal information is more payment than any fee that I would have lost. I have sent attorney general the message and I will be seeking further action, because these false claims are not acceptable. If anyone can bind up with me so we can put them under for the wrong things they are doing. Please text me at [protected]. I want enough people so the action can be taken quickly against them.

    Alan is a complete joke. He does talk nicely. They never disclosed to me that they will chaarge you 3% up front. The 3% is a fee that you have to pay for whether you accept the loan or not. And if you refuse to pay, they will take you to court. The documents are clear. Your bank account, routing number and and account number is needed for them before processing. I would clearly stay away from this company. They could force you into a loan with a big baloon payment at the end and you will have no choice because that fee is mandatory.

    Stay away from this company Bottom Line.

    The same thing happened to me. Alan talked nicely and stated everything would take 3-4 weeks. It took 3 weeks just to get the business plan! That was with me continuously emailing Alan. Once I accepted the business plan there was no communication unless I initiated it. After 6 weeks, I finally went elsewhere only to be told the business plan was insufficient. :( Definitely look locally first!
