Hello, I am here to complain about a business that promised me a refund over the phone but wouldn't give me my money back on my card as promised. I told them because of my busy schedule I wouldn't make the call and give me a refund instead they sent me a new date for a call and explained I would not get a refund. Now, when I asked about my refund again the same texting going back and forth refusing to give the promised refund. I was told my money couldn't be returned because the book that goes with her 2hr course is different and another company handles the book that goes with her course. Please make this make sense, why would you throw together a 2hr. presentation for your online audience about real estate and sell a book your company is recommending and pushing to purchase to use with the presentation but say you're not with that company and you have no affiliation with their no refund policy? You're selling someone's else product with your company and the people don't know your company don't have their own products I would have never bought it this screams "scam".
Desired outcome: A refund please that's all I ever wanted a reputable company looks good keeping clients not losing them.
I felt mislead by being told I could purchase the plan then follow the steps and possibly be earning within 2 weeks. After enrolling, I was shocked and disappointed to find that I would need to make a few more purchases in order to actually earn. Then I watched the exact same presentation by a different person, and they didn't mention many of the purchases the 1st person emphasized, in order to start earning. The second presentor's price was much lower than the first presentor's price as well. Having the no refund policy has been an issue for me as well, as I have yet to actually utilize the many videos and emails. I had actually gotten texts after signing up "reminding" me to join the presentation as if I had not signed up.
I agree this Company will not issue refunds. This is a scam that is charging people $1295.00 that do not provide a State Real estate license. Sending videos and overwhelming emails. No real contact person offering any instructions or guidance. They are operating a quick rich scam. PayPal is in partnership with and my bank invested this payment and helped me to get my money back. These type of online Master Class should be reported to consumers report. This class is promoting that you are going to make cash offers to people to sell their house without any real estate license. Where is the money coming from to make cash offers?
