Billiardo, Gaurav Sikkaduplicate billiards cloth 6811

I repent on the day [protected] when i called gaurav sikka to pur chase a proffssional cloth of billiards table for my billiards table on phone he imprresed me by telling he is the sole distributor of 6811 west of england made in england cloth.he told me he will give a good quality 32 onz cloth, i paid him all the money .i called up the maintanace guys of the billiards table, they inspected the cloth and told me that its a duplicate, i just ignore them cause of reputation of billiardo gaurav sikka, after a few days some thread and green wobles came on the cloth, i called up MRs Sikka he told that its not a problem and will be removed when i press the table, pressed my table but nothing happened, After that day he never took up my phone, and i realised that i was been duped, billiardo Inspite of having distributors of 6811 west of england made in england cloth Billiardo is playing games, duping people by selling duplicate 6811 west of england made in england cloth of 32 onz,

    As of today 29.09.2012, we do not have a single client where we have not been able to deliver a billiard table & who has requested us for refund, the complaint mentioned above is completely false & base less...

    All this is false allegation against us, most likely put by any one of our competitors to misguide potential buyers, most of our competitors can not make better products like us & best prices, they engage into malpractices like this...

    I can challenge you, you must show proof of the above allegations, in case you can show us proof, we shall pay you double the amount, if you do not show proof here, it clearly means that the above complaint filed against us is absolutely false & base less & is done only to gain cheap publicity & misguide potential buyers...

    On 12 August 11, I purchased a pool table from Billiardo'Gaurav Sikka designs', an online seller of pool tables. The total purchase price was Rs2, 645, 00. This included Rs5299.00 for "white glove delivery" (the table is delivered inside, uncrated, and all packing material is hauled away), and Rs3490.00 for installation.
    The table was delivered on 24 Sept 11. Although I paid for it to be uncrated and so on, the transporter merely dropped it off. On the 25th I contacted Billiardo'Gaurav Sikka designs' to make arrangements for the installation and inquire about the uncrating. I was told by "gaurav" that I would be reimbursed Rs5299 for the incomplete delivery and he would contact me with an installation date.
    On 30 Sept 11, Gaurav Sikka told me that I would either have to pay one installer an additional Rs1500.00 for him to install or Rs3500.00 out of pocket for a different installer and he would reimburse the Rs3500.00. Naturally I chose the latter.
    Since I paid with a credit card I assumed the reimbursement would be in the form of a Rs6799.00 credit to that card. On 10 Oct 11 I phoned and emailed Billiardo'Gaurav Sikka designs' and received the following reply from Gaurav "We process refunds by check, that is, checks are sent out at the end of the month following the month you requested the credit. You should be mailed a check for a total of Rs6799 at the end of October."
    When I did not recieve the reimbursement by 14 Nov 011 I made more calls and emails. On 18 Nov 11 I received the following from Gaurav "I was told that the checks would be going out at the end of the month, unfortunately, it looks like not all of them made it out. I've asked about yours again, and was told that it would be sent out at the end of this month. I apologize for the inconvenience, if I could get you the refund personally, I would, but I cannot."
    I have since made several calls and emails with no response as of 18 Dec 11.
