Bill Keyes Paving Company of Spencer Ma review: Driveway Paving

Bill Keyes paving company of Spencer Ma. was run by a man wtih the foregoing name. That man was ethical and reliable. A man named Kenny, who claims to be his brother, says Bill is working for him now; this is not true. He took an appointment for which I waited all weekend and did not show, then he showed the following weekend without calling. I did not meet with him. Later he called, demanding to discuss money, and stated he knew the job. When I refused further contact, I received a barage of harassing and insulting text messages meant to intimidate. This is a scary incompetent guy.
