Sir, I had purchased two packets of Uttam Sooji with Lot No 21 date of Mfg 23 Aug 11 from a provisional store in Ahmedabad in September 2011. While preparing Upma, mixing of sand was felt and the matter was reported to the company on mobile number [protected] and I was advised to SMS my residential address which was done. Their sales manager was also contacted on Mobile No [protected] but till date no complimentary packets have been received from the company despite many reminders. Kindly do the needful. Thanks.
