I got a year's sub to the Babyfirst app and they charged my credit card for the whole year, but now I can't access the app or sign in. I signed up with my email and pw, but it won't let me login. I even tried changing my pw to see if that was the issue, but it still says no account. They took my money for a whole year, but I can't use the app. I have my bank statement as proof they took the money. I emailed them, but they said they don't see any account under my email or that they took any money from me. I have proof they took the money, the company is called *** and I'm so mad.

We sent an email back with our address, phone number, and email to claim our prize. We got an email from *** saying that we won and they would let us know when the iPad was going to ship so we could track it. But, *** has not replied to any of the many emails I sent. I also left many voicemails, but no reply. A woman named *** replied a month ago and said she was sorry about the delay and would find out what the delay was. That was a month ago and she did not answer any emails. It's frustrating for *** being autistic to wait with no answer. It's sad that a children's TV show would do this to children, especially with special needs. I have the thread of emails between us and baby first. We hope you can help us!
