I’ve bought a cell phone from this company on eBay and didn’t receive my order. I’ve tried to contact the seller directly but with no luck. So I had to open a dispute with Paypal and Ebay in order to get my money back but I was told that they don’t do business with this company anymore and they cannot help. Hope my bad experience can save someone’s money.

    My husband bought me a new cell phone from the Beyond Wireless in Pembroke Ontario Canada last Christmas. Because I am very picky, he specifically asked that if I didn't like it, could he take it back and get a full refund? He paid over $300.00 for the phone and had to put down a $100.00 deposit, what the deposit was for I have no idea. Anyway he was told he has 15 days to bring it back for a refund, so on boxing day we went to take it back, since it came with a 2year plan and I only use pay as you go phones since I don't use my cell often enough to pay a monthly fee. First of all we stood in the store waiting for this to be done for over 2 hours (there was only 2 other customers in the store) they are extremely slow. Then was told we would get the refund for the phone just not the deposit, when I asked why, the clerk said because the company (rogers wireless) has to make sure the phone was not used, she told me she could see the phone wasn't even activated, I didn't take it out of the box, and the sim card was never put in the phone, but she said store policy, that I would get the deposit back in the mail in 4-6 weeks, About 3 weeks later I get a bill in the mail for the first months phone fee, I thought what the hell is this, this was cancelled weeks ago, so I phone the company with the number the clerk gave me, and she said they could not help me on that number that I had to use another one. When I used the other one, there was over a 2 hour wait before I got any service, and was then finally told it was an error, but they had no notification that I was to receive a refund for the $100.00 deposit, and since they were not notified there was a $25.00 processing fee, What????? I stood there and listened to the girl on the phone when we brought the phone back, when she cancelled the phone plan and was told we would get a full refund for our deposit. Well needless to say about 3 weeks later we got a cheque for $70.00, I guess there was another processing fee on it, and my husband just said well we got most of it back, so lets leave it alone. Hell no I said, I am going on every complaint board I can find and tell my story, don't trust this company, they make money off you even if you don't use thier service, and don't trust Rogers Wireless either they are the parent company of Beyond Wireless.

    So by not buying anything from this company it cost us $30.00 and 4 hours of our time, can you say RIP OFF!!!
