Beyond Beauty may have a reputation for being a higher end salon in Great Falls but once you get to know the staff you begin to believe that they are no better than your average bully. They are a bunch of wealthier women who's past time includes ridiculing and bullying their customers. The owner of Beyond Beauty had actually began bullying me over the internet because of a comment I made on my personal site. It had nothing to do with her, nothing with her name, business, or anything even signifying I was talking about her. And truth be told, I wasn't at all. I was blindsided by a nasty email from her telling me I was childish and ungrateful and spoiled. Coming from a poor family I was extremely offended by that. I emailed her back explaining to her that what I had posted had nothing to do with her and I did tell her to mind her own business. She then decided to have ALL of her friends email me horribly vicious things degrading me as a person. I thought that bullying like this only happened to teenagers, as we hear about it so often on the news. I was so hurt and taken back by this extreme inconsideration for another person's feelings that I blocked her and her friends from being able to contact me. The best part about this, to me, is that I am 22 years old and she exceeds me in age enough to be my mother. I am only worried at this point in time that she is teaching her own children that treating people like this is okay. She may be a good hairstylist, but she definetly has some aggression issues.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I am confused and I think the same person wrote both bad reviews. I just don't get why though ? This is a nice place. The owner is nice. It is not called Beyond Beauty of Ultra Bella. Those are two separate businesses here in town. My wife had cancer and treatments made her hair fall out, eyebrows too. We read about Beyond Beauty in a local magazine feature and my wife had permanent eyebrows put on. She feels better now and is 100% happy with them and the customer service was GREAT.
If what goes around comes around, that would explain why the young lady who owns Beyond Beauty is doing so well for herself and is being featured in magazines and recognized locally for her outstanding work. She was highly recommended by many and very professional.
I don't like dishonesty and I think the reviews here are exactly that.
The owner is very rude and agressive. She is mean spirited and a hateful person. I have known her for a few years and I would not recommend her salon Beyond Beauty of UltraBella to anyone. One thing that is true here is what goes around comes around and I feel sorry for Shelley.
I find this review hard to believe. Nothing in it makes sense ! I am a client of Beyond Beauty and the owner is only in her early thirties. There is no staff which you speak of, it is a private electrolysis practice. She is not a hairstylist. Wealthy women who are bullies ? Who the heck are you talking about ? Do you even know the business you wrote this about ? This is not a hair salon, there is no staff, and the owner is young. And professional, kind and talented. She does electrolysis, permanent makeup and wedding makeup.
You are either confused or just plain mean. Or you are a LIAR. But your review is far from the truth either way. Your facts are all screwed up.
Evaluate why you would write bogus reviews and then ask karma to forgive you. Otherwise you are gonna get yours and it won't be pretty. For being 22 like you say, you are embarrassing yourself.
