I found those furniture brand that made their furniture in america, so of course, I thought, and with the reviews I saw online, this was a good pick. When I went to furniture row to do the furniture shopping. I found this rocking recliner, and it was so pretty and so comfortable. I knew it was the one for me. It felt as a perfect fit. The workings were quiet and smooth, so I placed my order. After receiving the chair, I started using it. Not even two days later, it started making the worst noise when I rock. I rocked to relax so peace and quiet. Is number one in my book? But as I rocked it squeaked, knocked, and sounded like the springs were gonna pop. Furniture row replaced the first one. And I received my second one. Now this is what going on. 2 to3 months of going through this i received my second one. It's not as bad on the clicking, but the Springs are loud and they sound like they're gonna pop any minute, but guess what best furniture says that this is a normal sound that all rocket mcliners have sound. I explained to them both of my sisters just bought Ashley furniture, and they have no sound on theirs, neither to say they are not backing up their furniture. It's cheap, should never advertise Made in the USA. Because this is not what we should be known for we should be ashamed to put that on their brand there has gotta be somebody they can watch out for the consumer that is getting stuck with the c*** that is, carp replaces are selling to us. And now make us stuck with it if anyone knows somebody, please let me know
