Benchmark review: Snow thrower

I bought a benchmark snow thrower for 500 dollars aprox. A year ago first its at least 2 months just to look at it. After normal use it the third time it quit working. I brought in to service last spring, only to still be waiting. First was told after contacting benchmark probably a switch issue only to find first needed a new battery still doesnt work and now needs a engine module. Now that was 2 months ago still waiting.
