Bellareed Luxury Pools review: Unprofessional, incomplete and sub par work.

The company was hired in April 2022 to construct a pool, spa, fence, retaining wall, steps (leading to the pool area from the cabana/patio area) and a cabana/patio in the amount of $169,500.00 paid in full thus far with a guaranteed completion of 120 days. Give or take additional time for weather. To this date. Our project is not finished (the cabana/patio has not been started) with a lot of the work being subpar and a damaged gas line. We have been told some of the work will not be corrected or replaced. And some will be corrected at the end. I do have the insurance/bonding co information. The representative Eddie Karr aka Edward Karram will not finish the work because I am filing complaints and updating reviews nor will the company give us our money back. I have offered the opportunity to Bellareed to walk away from the contract because of deceptive business practices and violated terms of the contract by refusing to work. They will not entertain a refund nor credit for the work not adequately performed. (Sub Par work) I no longer trust this company and their work ethics, professionalism nor honesty. The company is negligent in their business practices and I am requesting an investigation to be opened immediately. The previous owner/agent Eddie Karr recently communicated via text message threatening litigation because I wasn’t particularly keen on another zoom call in which he attempted to bribe me into taking down honest reviews online in exchange for the company performing work. On Oct 6, 2023 which was the agreed NEW completion date we were advised work didn’t resume because I updated my bbb complaint (to include an incorrect date that was corrected) vs waiting until the work was completed.
