Bell - bell mobility - smart phone care

I purchased my Apple iphone and SPC Nov 10, 2018. The screen cracked and was replaced by SPC Feb/19. I paid the deductible of $337.in Oct/19 I noticed the screen lifting up on the bottom left side. As it was still under warranty (manufacturer's 1 year warranty) I took the phone in to Apple. Apple sent away to AppleCare Service for repair. They suspected it was the battery. Phone was returned one week later and I was told that the phone had non-compliant components and that the phone could have been refurbished. Due to this, Apple could not repair with the note: "The reason your product isn't working is because of unauthorized modifications that were made to it. Our warranty doesn't cover issues caused by unauthorized modifications." I therefore called SPC (Smart Phone Care) and was told that the warranty on SPC's replacement was only for 90 days. I therefore lost months of APPLE's manufacturer's warranty. SPC would not repair unless I submitted another claim and pay another deductible. Questions I have:
1. Why does SPC use non-Apple replacements? I paid for an APPLE product and would expect it to remain so.
2. Why is there only a 90 day warranty with SPC? The repair completed by SPC overrode my original manufacturer's warranty!
I have talked to numerous employees and supervisors but to no avail. Basically, I was told there is nothing that can be done.
Now my phone gets very hot and I cannot hold for any length of time. Also... The microphone is not working properly!
I would advise any Bell Mobility customer to not buy SPC.
Resolution? New phone that is APPLE compliant.
