Bell Business review: Disconnected my internet by accident

I took my Bell landline number to a mobile company on September 5th, 2023. Bell also disconnected my internet service and my web hosting. September 6th, I found I had no internet service.

Bell explained that I needed a phone line for the internet service. Why would someone not of explained this to me.

They said they would phone me on Thursday 7th when a technician was an hour away to reconnect my service. No-one phoned. Friday 8th September no-one called.

Today, Saturday 9th September I phoned Bell only to find there was no record of my Internet connection. Then I was told that I'd requested the disconnection. I asked them to forward me their recorded phone conversation of me making such a request.

Finally, A technician would be out at some point on Monday September 11th but I couldn't have the service for the same money it would cost a further $50.00 dollars a month.

I told the customer service rep. to forget making an appointment. I would make other internet service arrangements.

Desired outcome: A refund for a months worth of service. I will NOT remain a Bell customer.
