I bought kitten from the company Beautymus Cattery. After several days the kitten was ill. I went to the doctor, who told me that the kitten had infection and he received it in place where he lived. The company sold infected kittens and took money. They didn’t reply to your emails, phone calls and messages. Please, help me. Please, post your comments and share your views about this company.

We purchased a Devon rex kitten from Karen Hill in 2009. We love him, but he has been sickly his whole life and we have paid thousands of vet bills. I never thought to look her up until recently when we're trying to purchase another Devon. I believe this person is a scam artist who makes poor animals suffer

I have known Karen Hill for a very long time and have worked with her in the past with the singapura breed. Knowing her and working with her, I can say that she would never knowingly sell anyone a sick kitten/cat! Karen is a very dedicated and caring breeder. There are breeds that have many problems in their lines and some lines have very week immune systems . Most breeders will not admit they have health problems within their cattery, you stay in it long enough you will. Most pedigree cats have some sort of health problems due to inbreeding...BUT. the singapura has always had the most. Their gene pool is very, very small! This little breed is made up of several different breeds, all of which have health problems. Of course no one wants to admit to this but, it's true. The sad thing is there is no out cross for the breeders to work with. So there for there is so much inbreeding...This is not the fault of the breeder, your kitten may have been perfectly fine when it was at the breeders home. Then with the move it could have brought stress on and that could have brought FIP on. Meaning your kitten had a week immune system. There have been so many singapura breeders who have quite breeding them because of this problem. Loosing to many kittens and cats.. This is a night mare for the breeders and so many heart breaks for those who hang in there hoping that one day, they might have an out cross to work with. You have singapura breeders that say, "we don't have any problems". Sure you do we all have the same lines!... Now that is said...people need to really understand the breeder and the breed before ruining them. I have never had a sick kitten/cat from Karen! Also I was told by the person who founded the singapua that FIP is in their back ground!
