Order not received !!!!
Honestly the worst company I have dealt with customer service wise upsetting as I love their extensions. I have bought 2 sets all arrived ok, ordered a third set box arrived but only contained the molly mAe free gloss mask. I have asked for beauty works for help only for them to simply say left us fine, case closed we are reporting you to fraud Uk? I keep asking for proof they have looked into this. If they can reach out to DHL and I'm just being ignored. All I want is some form of help as I've paid £170 for a product I have not received they are not helping a x worst of all they are calling me a liar?!?! Honestly absolutely disgusted however unfortnatley I cannot let this go as it's £170!

Molly Mae Waver
I bought the beauty works Molly Mae waver to use on my extensions. After one use the waver turned my blonde extensions orange in a banded appearance. As i had purchased the waver from asos i contacted them to ask if i could return it as there was no way i would use it again. Thankfully they said i could but that i would have to contact beauty works directly to see if there was any way they could replace my extensions. I contacted beauty works and they were extremely unhelpful and said there was nothing that could be done and they were not going to take my complaint further. The extensions i bought were £130 from secret hair extensions and they are now ruined. After speaking to my hairdresser she said that the waver must be faulty and that the pink colour has imprinted in the form of an orange shade on my extensions as they have been heated. I will attach pictures of my correspondence aswell as a comparison of the extensions compared to those that havent been touched my the waver.
Desired outcome: Money compensation to replace the extensions
