15/9/26 3.55 pm baynes bakery pitkerro road, dundee arrived at shop to find it closed. went in the following day and complained, told i would get a refund that has,nt happened. made another order from same shop on the 17/9/26 only to receive a text saying my order is cancelled about an hour before collection. For the first instance i was told i would be refunded that has,nt happened nor for second order either, so i,m £8 out of pocket.
