Baylor Group E Mossy Oaks Spring TX review: Provider care

Early April this year I made an appointment with Dr. Bullard for 6/23. Insurance was provided at that point of entry. I arrived on 6/23 and after

1 1/2 hours, a nurse came out and told me they would no accept my insurance because Dr. Bullard has enough UHC HEALTHSELECT MEDICARE ADVANTAGE. I explained that I have no diabetic medication. Got the deer in headlight look from the nurse. She did not care. The clinic had my insurance information at point of entry. I want a concrete answer to this in email. Dr. Bullard is obviously a doctor who cares for no one. Something in her oath about that. Right?
