this company is the best. they talk good, come on time, work hard and don't make noise, they want to make you happy and the best part is they clean up good every day. and the basement looks great!

I hired these guys for my basement and my whole house feels fantastic now. They were really nice and knew what they were doing. I'd definitely hire them again for any basement waterproofing or remodeling I need in the future. It's tough to find a family business with great values and professionalism, but these guys have it all.

Inc. They fixed my neighbor's water leaks and installed the radon remediation stuff. They came on Thursday, 18 August and finished on Saturday, 20 August. My neighbor was worried about radon, so I used my radon sensor and got a reading of 74 pCi/L. But now, after the Basement Systems USA Inc. crew did their work, my *** radon detector shows a reading of only 1 pCi/L. Great job!

I had a big tree fall on my house and Basement Systems fixed it up real good. They sent two crews to do the work and both were really good at what they do. The people in the office were nice too. You can tell they like working there and care about their work. They did a good job with everything from checking out my house to giving me a quote to doing the repairs and following up. I'd tell anyone with a basement problem to go to them.

So, I got my crib fixed up by Pete W's Basement Systems back in 2015 and they've been keeping me happy ever since. They started by getting rid of the mold in the crawl space under my living room, the paneled basement, and tiled shower stall. I also copped their *** dehumidifier for my basement and it's still running like a champ almost 8 years later. When I started noticing a funky smell in my living room after turning on the AC, Pete W was able to figure out that it was just some harmless gas coming from the Earth and he hooked me up with a fan to fix it up. I still use Basement Systems to keep my *** in check and I definitely recommend them.

Basement Systems did a great job with our home radon mitigation system. Our crib is old, from 1885, with multiple add-ons to the original home. That meant there were multiple levels in our basement, some finished and other parts unfinished. Our levels were way high, and we needed to get them down in order to sell our home. We couldn't be more pleased with the hard work, dedication, and commitment to get the job done from Basement Systems. From Ashley in the office, who was patient and communicative with us, to Jordan the lead install technician, who troubleshooter over and over to figure out what would work best, to Cam the support personnel who finally shared our levels were under the requirements... we want to thank EVERYONE on the team! Highly recommended and would definitely use this group in our future properties. Thank you!

I paid Basement Systems USA Inc. to check and fix my 2 main sump pumps. The technician said both pumps were okay but suggested replacing them in the future because they were out of warranty. The backup sump pump wasn't working, so I paid the technician to remove the main sump pump and install a new backup pump on top of the main pump. The technician installed the backup pump and left without checking if the pumps were working. The main pump didn't work when the technician left. I contacted the service manager, but they didn't offer to send the technician back to check if they forgot to hook something back up. They said they would only send someone back if I ordered a new pump. I also tried to reach out to the Branch Manager, but they never returned my calls.

I paid Basement Systems USA $3271.42 on 3/2/2022 for crawl space repair. They sent a crew, but they said it was too dirty and unsafe to work. They stopped answering my calls, but after a few days, I finally got through and asked to cancel the project and get my deposit back. They refused. David, the product manager, was rude on the phone and wouldn't give me a receipt or tell me what materials he bought. He said the $3271.42 was just for the crew to check the crawl space and that they were supposed to earn $5000+ in 2 days. He said it was too late to return my deposit when I asked on 5/2/2022, even though I paid on 3/2/2022. He hung up on me and wouldn't answer my calls after that. I'm willing to pay for the crew dispatch, but $3271.42 is too much for just that. Basement Systems USA isn't trying to solve the problem.
