Same as everyone else. What ascam. Ordered a trial ACAI BERRY annd paid shipping of $4.95 about a month ago. Today they hit my card for $87.13. I called, held for 25 minutes to be told they would not refund my money. I have disputed the charge with the card company since as of yet, it has not actually been paid, simply authorized, so, we'll see.
This company is scamming people and should be stopped. I will be mailing a letter of complaint to the owner, Barry Folgers, at
314 East Dania Beach Blvd ste 117, Dania Beach, FL. 33004.
I will also be sending a nice letter to the Better Business Bureau In his local area.

This company had a free trial and a $.99 shipping fee of a skin product. They charged me $79.95 almost 21 days after the innitial transaction that I authorized of $1.99. I just looked at my online statement and they have billed me for another $79.95 for whoknows what.. I caleld them and they told me to send them a fax about the dispute and and my credit card info attached... I have reported them to my bank ( no help there) and will be reporting to the authorities shortly... I hope enough of these complaints are filed to spark interest by federal authorities.. This company claims they are in america but clearly they are of middle-eastern accent. I also heard side conversations on the phone call that did not seem ligit. BE aware of this scam and these people... I hope they are brougth to jsutice and my money restored soon..

July 16, 2017, I ordered 2 different products and my card was charged $39.95. I spoke at great length with customer service before ordering and was assured that everything was legit. To date 7/28/09 I still have not received any product, after calling customer service the first time I was given a UPS tracking number and was told the products were shipped on July 23, 2017, not on July 16, 2017 as promised. I was then told they would change my 30 day time period to August 26, 2017 instead of August 15, 2017 to make sure I had 30 days to try the products before they automatically sent more. I went to the UPS website and the tracking number was invalid. I called customer back again, within 30 minutes from my first call and was told that my ordered had shipped on the 25th of July and it was sent to California, I live in Arizona. When I questioned why I had been told earlier that it was shipped on the 23rd and now they are saying the 25th and now they have no record of my earlier call and I guess by magic I just knew the UPS tracking number. They just kept saying that they could only go by what information they had on the computer. So I guess they have a phantom employee that answers their phones and helps customers. They also had no idea why my order was shipped to California. When I ask to speak to the manager I was told that she was the manager and that her manager and the business owner were out of town and could not be reached. They wouldn't take my call anyway, she said, they have assigned people to handle complaints and they never talk to customers. My advice to anyone who is even thinking about doing business with this company should run.

I ordered a sample of acai berry. I agreed to pay shipping and handling. I received another bottle and called and cancelled my acoount. I received another package and marked return to sender. When calling customer service they insist they do not accept product marked return to sender. When I asked what would happenif they do not accept it he did not know. On June 29, 2017, I ordered Reserveratrol Ultra. 2 weeks later it never came. I called and the gentleman extended my 2 week grace period. On July 14, I cancelled subscription but was still charged 87.13 for Reseveratrol Ultra on July 30, 2017 and never received it. Tomorrow I will be calling US Postal Inspectors office to file formal charges.

i was stupid enough to try the trial package and cancelled the order and they still took 49.95 out of my account and another package came i refused it so since i refused it they refuse to give me my money back. the customer service people dont speak english and refuse to give me to someone in management. they wont say who to talk to address the concerns to, this is a scam company and i want my money back and they are refusing so they are thieves.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. ALL I CAN SAY THIS BARRY FOLGERS BUSINESS CONDUCT IS VERY UNETHICAL, I HAVE ALSO BEEN CHARGED FOR 83. 18 WITHOUT MY CONSENT... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND CAUSING NUISANCE FOR CONSUMERS NOW HAVE TO DISPUTE AND DEAL WITH CARD COMPANY, NOT TO MENTION MY CASE, I AM WORKING OVERSEAS AND WAS CAUGHT OFF GUARD OF HOW TO SOLVE... I have had the same experience by ordering 3 samples. Now I have 5 withdrawals from
my account. 4 charges for 83.18 from Aug. 3rd thru Sept. 1 and one charge of 49.95.
Finally got through today to two different company employees. They said I cancelled my orders on Aug. 12 and that they refunded 83.18 twice on Aug. 29 but had no record of withdrawing another $166.36 from my account on Sept. 1st. I called my bank, no refunds today. I asked the last employee if all these phone #'s belonged to one company.
She said yes. They are Ratrol-Resv [protected]; Detoxidant [protected]; and Lifeberry [protected]. The first employee gave me the name of the company, Barry Folgers INC. I also had to cancel my debit/credit card to stop the charges. I am now filing a CHEK Card Dispute claim through my bank and an affadavit of fraud form from
my bank that has to be notarized. I also had bad checks coming back. I hope this info helps someone. I usually was given elevator music and an e-mail address when I called. But today I got LUCKY? and immediately got two foreign speaking employees!

Here is my story: Sunday, August 2nd, while attempting to get in my e-mail, I see an ad for Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse – free introductory offer with only paying shipping. I first hit the Acai Berry to order and nothing happened except that an icon kept spinning and spinning. So I figured the order did not go through. I attempted the colon cleanse and same thing happens. I never got an e-mail confirming the order, ss I jut figured it did not go through.

Monday, August 3rd, I get a phone call confirming the order for the Acai Berry and they were going to send the colon cleanse for $39.95 that was to compliment the Acai Berry. I said NO – I did not order it, and explained the situation with the order and not getting confirming order# or e-mail of the order. I told the female repeatedly, do not send, do not send. She said she could not cancel, but gave me a # to call to cancel. I called & called & called [protected] for days, days, days always put on hold by an automated voice mail.

Monday, August 3rd, I called my credit card company and they say there was a new charge of $1 with the name UTH Health Products and phone# [protected] noted with the charge. I tried phoning this number, again repeatedly calling for days on end to no avail. I finally gave up.

Saturday, August 22nd, I received a bottle of Acai Berry Detox – 60 capsules. Did not open the bottle. Busy week.

Friday, August 28th, I call my credit card company to be sure that the only charge was the $1 and low and behold, there was an additional charge of $88.87 added on August 17th with the name Detoxident and phone#[protected]. I told the credit card company what had happened and disputed the charge.

I immediately called the number, [protected], and got through right away speaking with a female w/ a foreign accent, very hard to understand. I explained to her what happened and she was very insistent about the order. I told her I only received the 60 capsules and thought there must be another product coming due the $88.87 charged to my cc. She said no, the only thing that I would be receiving was the Acai Berry capsules. I questioned her “60 capsules for $88.87?” and she said yes. I told her to start looking for another job because she was working for a crook! I kept repeatedly insisting that this was a mistake and she finally offered that I could send the product back and would get a refund when the product was returned. She gave me a return# that was to go on the outside of the package and the address of 3007 Green Street, Hollywood FL 33020. I asked what the company name was and she said oh, you don’t need that, you can just put Return Department. I insisted on a company name and she finally gave me the name Barry Folgers, Inc.

I called my credit card company back and was told they have been getting many, many complaints and requests for refusal of charges from Acai Berry and colon cleanse products. I told her that was exactly my case. I then googled Barry Folgers, Inc. and found all kinds of complaints about rip-offs. Thank goodness that I have only been charged $88.87 and $1. I am sorry that many others have been taken for a lot more money.

Ditto ditto ditto. My story: I ordered it and then they called me and said my order didnt go thru and wanted my credit card # again. Luckily, I was at least smart enough not to do that. I never give out info to people who CALL ME. Anyway, about 13 days later I received the product in a empty box (no invoice, address, name~nothing). The next day my account was charged $87.13. They say they will refund me after i return it (my cost of course). I am foolish to not read the fine print but this is a major rip-off scam. doublt it if I will even get my money back.
I will do a class action suit ~ this guy must be stopped! and there are others like him ! I see the ads and Teeth whitening too! -- looks like the same scam.

I PLACED AN ORDER ON 8/14/09, AND I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE IT. I CALLED TODAY AND WAS HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR, BUT BEFORE THAT THE AUTOVOICE EITHER KEPT MEDDING UP TAKING ME BACK TO THE MAIN MENU OR IT WOULD JUST HANG UP. I DECIDED TO GO TO THE WEBSITE WWW.MYORDERSUPPORT.COM TO CHECK THINGS OUT. I KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG ALREADY, BUT MY SUSPICIONS WERE CONFIRMED WHEN I COULDN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT AND THERE WAS NO WHERE FOR ME TO REGISTER FOR A LOGIN. I ENDED UP DOING A LIVE CHAT WITH A JEROME-M AND ALL HE WANTED WAS MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER. I REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO HIM.I ASKED HIM THE NAME OF THE COMPANY AND HE TOLD ME BARRY FOLGERS INC. WHEN I LOOKED IT UP THIS IS THE ONLY WEBSITE THAT IS CONNECTED TO THAT NAME. I CANCELLED MY CARD WHILE I WAS TALKING TO HIM. IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE THAT WE HAVE ALL BEEN THROWN THROUGH THE LOOP. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS GUY. WHEN I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY THE ONLY INFORMATION THAT THEY HAD WAS THAT IT WAS CALLED REWARD ME. HOW FOOLISH AM I? I WILL NOT ORDER ANYTHING THAT HAS A "FREE TRIAL" AND IT WILL ONLY BE ON WELL KNOW SITES

I also have been scammed by this company. My trial basis for the Ascae Berry which was supposed to be a charge of 0.99 cents was charged the day after they charged me for something called LifeCleanse for $39.95 which I never ordered. I have spent several hours on the phone trying to get this resolved and will probably never get my money back.

Talking with a supervisor gets nothing done -- he justs keeps saying you ordered it and if you don't want it send it back. He is not willing to listen to I did not order it and it did not arrive.

Have any of you considered a class action lawsuit which would not only get our money back but punitive damages can be added. The laws governing credit card fraud and theft by electronic means is getting tougher everyday. We could make an example out of this company.

Luckily, my bank refused to honor their charge of $87.10. I fell for the free trial period offer. I have tried other herbal supplements for working out and sleep aid, and they worked, so I thought I would try this one for $0.99 shipping. A few days later, someone called and said my order did not go through and they wanted more money for the "free" trial. I suspected a "bait and switch" scam, and told them to forget the whole thing. Then I got a call from the bank asking if this was a legitimate charge, ... now I'm getting a new card.

I'm dealing with the same scenario. Been on live chat with a rep all afternoon. Unless resolved, I will be filing complaints to the FBI.gov Internet Fraud Division, The State of Fl., Hollywood Police Dept (suggested by FBI), and the BBB. We'll see what happens. Tomorrow I'll deal with my bank and Visa.

I just got off the phone with them for the second time.
They sent me products I did not order and charged my account 80.00 causing me to bounce checks that I had written for utility bills!@pist offff!
I called, they said just return in the same packaging and I will be refunded, they gave me all kinds on confirmation #'s too.
Never got the refund, called and they claim they never got it, it must have been stolen and they aren't responsible.
But they are the ones that made the mistake in the first place!
I'm calling my bank after this and got Barry Foldger's address from the supervisor.
I don't think he cares or is going to do anything about it, he must know already.
I will never buy anything with a credit card on line again, never.

Why stop with the Better Business Bureau in his town? They have an Attorney General in their state as well as one in your home state. Send al oth them letters.Make sure everyone in your email listing knows about this situation. I amcurrently on the phone with a supervisor rying to get my $49.95 back.

Hello, my name is rose and I just got ripped off by this company. Their telephone system is a sham.
I ordered on July 22 and my receipt said I would get the product by July 26, 2017. On August 12, 2017 I called to find out what happened to my product. The customer service telephone system did not give me the options that I wanted. I wanted to speak to a REAL person. It told me to punch 3. When I did this it cancelled my pr0duct. There was never another option to undo this which was not what I was calling for. I tried the menu and went back again to speak to a real person and again when I hit 3, it wold me that my product had been cancelled. You see, by doing this, they can now charge you the full amount because the card was not active for the 30 day period. My card was charged the full amount! When I went to the chat I explained the problem but XXXXX said I had to pay. I also hung up from their automated system and hit 3 again, what else could I do but take another chance, but this time it did work and I got a young man. After going over and over that I had cancelled, I explained I had not and it was an error on their system, he said I still had to pay. I told him I had not received the product on my FREE TRIAL, he said it did not matter, they start counting from the day of the order for the 15 day trial whether or not I had it to try out. He finally gave me a Return Product RMA number, let's see if they credit my account. After reading this site, I am not convinced they will. They also said I would get it UPS on my confirmation, but it came U.S.Postal 4th Class, Donkey!

I wish I had read this site before. I am returning the product TODAY unopened as it finally arrived.

I had the same problem, not receiving the product but costing me $150 approximately. Please keep us updated on your result. What a scam! I intend to go after my money.

I had the same problem. After 15 minutes on hold I was cut off. So I went online. I did not receive my trial products till after the 15 day trial period. Then I noticed they charge my account another $87 for another month supply 6 days after they charged for the first month. I got no where talking to them online. Perhaps should I not only notify the Better Business Bureau but also the Attorney General for the state of Florida. They should put a stop to this scam.

Same thing happened to me today.. they said they would be refunding me a charge of $87.00 but it sounds like I have been ripped off too..the atty. general should be made aware as well as the Hollywood Florida police dept.
I live in NY but I'm going to call them to file a formal complaint against this company..

The same thing happened to me but I was charged 8 times and only received the two items I ordered. I was charged 8 times all within a thirteen day period. I was placed on hold for ever! Tried cancelling my order but was blocked off of their website. I tried several days in a row to contact them but was placed on hold for over thirty minutes.
I had to cancel my credit card because of all the charges and to make things worse I NEVER RECEIVED ANY OF THE PRODUCTS!
I finally got ahold of someone who could not speak very good english and telling me that I was charged for the items because I was "suppose to be charged"! Not per the advertising! I then asked for a supervisor due to the fact that I was not getting anywhere and he was not able to get the ideat that I was charged 8 times withing the trial period and that i never received the items. I kept explaining but he wasn't listening. He wanted me to return the items and that I would get credit for those, but i kept telling him i only received two items and how can I get reimbursed for six items! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see RIP OFF, INTERNET SCAM, ETC...

Our Better Business Bureau, Attorney General and my attorney will be receiving a letter regarding this. What a scam!

I just got off the phone with Resveratrol Ultra service people and manager and realized that I got scammed as well. I returned a trial shipment and unopened bottle on July 2 (received by their company on Jul 6 via USPS postal delivery confirmation) and cancelled my order via this mail communication. I just received my credit card billyesterday and they have continued to charge my account for $90. They indicated that they needed an RMA number to refund any $. However, I told them that I included the RMA number with the merchandise that I returned to them and no longer have this RMA number. I stressed that their policy did not indicate to keep the RMA number of product and call customer service, but to return the product with the RMA number. They are refusing to refund my credit card without an RMA #. This customer service person indicated the company is Barry Folger, INC and address is 314 E. Dania Beach Blvd., Suite 117, Dania Beach, FL 33004. I WILL report them to Better Business Bureau.
