I have been battling with my fridge for the past 8 days now. I have called Defy to come out, and they have sent Barnards out to my property

The technician phoned and advised that he would be there by 14:00 that day.

I had to take off work to come home to ensure someone is here He never pitched, and I had to follow up the next day as to where he was.

He thens said that he would be there the Friday

I have an error on my fridge, and after the technician came, the cooling side of the fridge (which was the problem), worked fine, and the freezing side of the fridge (that was not a problem) was now not freezing

I advised the technician that I would not be home the weekend, and he assured me that everything was fine. When I returned home, the freezer was not working, which resulted in all my meat defrosting

I then phoned again and the technician advised that he would come back. He came back, opened the fridge, cleared the error, fiddled at the back, and advised that he did not do anything new to the fridge, but cleared the error.

A day later the error occured again.

I phoned and the finance lady advised me to phone the owner, or email him.

To date, I have had no phone call or reply on my email sent on Monday.

A senior tech came out yesterday - and could not find fault with the fridge, but yet the fridge shows an error

He cleared the error, and today the fridge is making a terrible noise. I have taken images of the errors, and also recorded a video of the horrible sound the fridge is now making

I need this sorted out please as these people are waisting my time, today will now be the 4th time that they would need to come out . I can not afford to have an issue with this fridge every 2nd day.

Can someone please assist for us to resolve this matter for once and for all.

My fridge is under warranty, and I expect a service from Defy - if they can't fix my fridge, then to replace it.

Claimed loss: Meat - defrosted

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate them to replace the fridge, or a refund so I can buy a different brand, as the service from Defy/Agens is pathetic
