Complaint regarding customer service and time it's taking for car to be fix. According to one of the employees they have a staff shortage.

I'm experiencing problems with my car that was bought new in 2011 -new..
Alternator had to be replaced in September 2017 and it took 4 weeks for
Barloworld Ford Tyger Valley Service Centre to fix it due to staff shortage.

In March the car gave problems again and it took them 2 weeks to diagnose the problem. They informed me the Steering rack needs to be replaced.
It's now WEEK 4 and I was promise multiple time that the car will be ready. Again they order a incorrect part and I was told By the end of this week.

The problem is that I never get through to the Service Centre and if I do then I get put on hold for long minutes at a time. The I had to go to them in person just to get some answers. There is just no urgency and communication from them.

If asked then what they will do if they had to wait so long and struggle to get hold of the people working at Barloworld Ford Tyger Valley

I do not get compensated for all my trouble of not having a car and making other arrangements.
