I have been blocked from accessing my internet account for the past 3 months.
Each time failure is cited as: "Your personal information cannot be confirmed at this moment, because our service has detected a higher than usual risk on the current connection."
I have tried multiple phone numbers, multiple times to contact their help desk. Each time I am either
1. Reach a number that does not allow English option
2. Kept on hold for over an hour before being booted off.
3. Told call volume unexpectedly high and to call back.
My local branch only directs me to contact the same phone numbers that have previously failed.
I have had held the account for 20 years and am an average citizen.
I am beyond frustrated.
Desired outcome: I want access to my online account
