I put $500 deposit on a French bulldog 10/26/2017 via western union but he demand to receive the reset via western union since they will be no trace. I refused to send him the remaining money via western union which I never agreed on it. The breeder took money and I have not receive the puppy. I requested my money back but they will not return it. I email the local police but never heard from them. I tried to put review on puppyfind but they refused to post my review and took the breeder side. I provided all evidence they needed but they did not help me... Please help!

I would like to disagree with you on your respond, you refused to post my review about the seller since he/she pays you to post their adds. To your knowledge I did not cancel the sale. I have bought puppy from the same country but from a good seller accept payment through PayPal. Please see receipt... if you are true "bulletin board service" why you refused to post my reviews on the seller who stole my money? but since you taking the thief side, you think I should take legal action against you?... All your responds are generic seems you copy past... I am sure that I am talking to the seller himself not "support" puppyfind" All you should do post my review about the seller and don't take thief side...
Also, I am posting the review on the seller not puppyfind.com why you reply on the seller behalf?

I just don’t understand why you replied to my complaint? The complaint was about the seller not about puppy find. This just proves my point that you take the seller (thief) side.

It sounds like you have had a frustrating experience. PuppyFind.com is a bulletin board service and does not get involved in the transactions between the buyers and sellers that take place outside of the website. Some sellers have non-refundable deposits and most will require full payment before shipping a puppy. If the sale was canceled by the buyer they will have to resolve the issue regarding their deposit directly with the seller and outside of the website. If the seller has not followed their contract you may wish to consider legal action or contact your local authorities again to try and resolve the situation.
