PCA a bunch of liars. We just got our dog and because we wanted to be sure there was no truth we asked. This lady then gave us her lawyers name and number. She also had proof that there was no theft, the x bitter co worker has yet to be paid because no one had picked up their dogs yet. Seeing how I worked for a lawyer I even looked at the supposed law suit letter, it was only a threat from her crazy co worker asking to get paid, not a suit at all. If anyone has a good case it is the owner of az pomskies as this is slander because her co worker has been spreading lies. Also I will back AZ Pomskies any day, I love my dog and did not get scammed. Stay far away from this PCA person, you should be weary of someone who posts such negative things about other businesses, it shows their poor standards, not to mention posting it on their website is unprofessional!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
We live in the same area, I will not get specific as this unethical person above has already released too much private information to begin with. What I will say is one time she saved my job. I made an mistake and marked she paid her landlord 2000 dollars above what she actually did pay. This lady who I now am very fond of! She walked out the door then as she sat in her car noticed what I did, with in only a few seconds she came in and told me I gave her too much credit. Does that sound like a scammer to you? This never would have been found either until much later. This lady is a very honest person. I even had her come in and pay for someones childcare on another account in private.
Her family is just as nice and great. Oh, and I will let her landlord know as I am sure he would like to share this same story as we notified him as well that day.
You should be ashamed to say just bad things about such good people.
I was t he very first person to ever put a deposit on AZ Pomskies dog. I never got a dog or my money back. I have the proof in emails & contract & paperwork&pictures. I was told my dog was sick cause it ate her bathroom floor & I couldnt have it. next thing I know I see it on another breeders site. I called that breeder & they had no knowledge that dog had been sold to me. this was from the March 2012 litter.I signed my contract January 2012 I confronted Tabitha in emails & on the phone. She lied & admitted to giving my dog to someone else as they had been part of the breeding process. I asked for my money back & found the original pictures she sent me were not pomskies at all. I norder to get my money back she wanted me to sign a gag order. Per my lawyer she could not demand that. Yes I do have a lawyer & yes he does have all the paperwork. I would gladly share it all with you. I am not on a smear campaign & I am not a breeder of any sort not pomskys or poms or anything. I have been doing rescues for 12 yrs. the dog was to be a gift for my son. we at one time had malamutes. He wanted one again but wished they would stay little. That is why I looked to the pomsky. I do not want to see anyone else lose their money to this. I am not part of Apex or anything else. As for the military my father served in KOrea & my brother in Vietnam and my grandfatheri n world war II. So no smear campaign their either. I greatly respect the military. You can view my FB & see I am a reputable rescuer. I am just tellling this story so others can be aware of what the outcome maybe. So by everyone on here also criticizing Apex who I am in no way affiliated with they are being smeared also. So no one person on here posting is not smearing another, everyone is having their name & reputation ruined all the way around. Again All I am asking is please be cautious when you buy a high priced dog from a breeder that is not know. I lost out on a dog & money in a contract that I had with AZ Pomskies. Again I have all my papertrail to prove all I am saying. Of course AZ will say not true but the proof is in all that I can show. My family has many lawyers in it & A papertrail is your best course of action. So please just beware of where you buy!
Personal information really? By the way we followed you Apex Pomskies and have unliked you and the Pomsky Club of America. You were only stirring up drama with someone else not too long ago. My husband and I almost bought a dog from you or asked to be put on your list but we are thanking our lucky stars we did not. AZ Pomskies will go on as they will have plenty of clients to show their better than this crap you post but you on the other hand are tarnishing your Pomsky Club and Name as a breeder. For those of you who'd be interested we pick up our dog from AZ Pomskies soon and have been in contact with their vet as well a online website on facebook she created for others who are on the list to talk to her and each other. This site also includes those with dogs already so they can contact her. She is a great breeder and has been very honest with us. I saw somewhere she was only out for the money that is far from true all other breeders on PCA are more expensive! This crap is from just another bitter breeder!
I dislike hybrid breeders in general but the Pomsky Club of America is a disgrace to breeders and breed clubs everywhere. You will not see other good reputable breeders or clubs behave in such a manner as this club has. Right now the Pomeranian community is posting and posting this what we call spam. You may be fooling a few people but most of us know a bad breeder with poor ethics when we see one. If you truly wish to see this breed taken seriously one day the PCA club is going to need to grow up and act like real adults. Please stop trashing our websites with this poor taste of a smear campaign.
For anyone looking for this mix breed dog I recommend you stay clear of anyone who smears others. Please read about picking good breeders you will see for yourself this is very frowned upon.
This person you mentioned is prior military and served with me. I saw your link on facebook and when I saw the name clicked on it. This person could not be a con artist as they served in the military and has a secret clearance! So, they have passed a background check and have lived via military all over the world. You should be ashamed making such accusations on a prior military person. If you really did your research you would know this though. By the way defacing a military person like this and making such claims can get you in some serious trouble. I hope she sees this and takes you to court
I am sorry but you are only making yourself look bad, like a bitter breeder. No good breeder or reputable club would ever put up ones personal information, shame on you! We were looking for a pomsky but due to your poor business skills PCA BREEDERS WE WILL AVOID.
