I love your product but mine went bad. Dried up. I went to see what they would do with my product. Ricnal told me she would replace it.. but they don't have that product any more so it will cost me another $100.00 to get the new product. I was angry.. That is not a replacement.. She said she was a dermatologist but didn't recognize my black head on my arm.. Called it a mole.. She was so wrong when I squeezed out the black head.. Very unprofessional. I don't have the trust a company with such a good product to be so rude.. I guess I won't be going further on with this product.. She is great on sales when U meet her the 1st time..

I have sent several messages via the company's direct contact and have received nothing. The product seemed great in store but now I am home it is drying up, I don't live in Hawaii to take it back, very poor service. I would really like some action to be taken here and a refund. your truly Shirley Heal
