Please folks, after 12 months of waiting, I just want my bought and paid for electric scooter (see attachments below) delivered from your seller, vavava store. It would seem they have now decided on keeping my payment of €2045.00. They won't reply to my messages and I have now come to believe they won't be sending my scooter over to my address anytime soon? Please, I need aliexpress/alibaba to bring pressure to bear on vavava store so they will finally fulfil the terms of their sale.
I am done waiting. Without your help, I'll be forced to go to the Chinese authorities in your region. I need your assistance in resolving Order No. # [protected] from last year. To begin with, no matter what you all may have been told, I never cancelled the order. After telling Vavava Store I wanted to buy a scooter from them and settling on a price, they insisted I pay them directly and they would look after AliExpress's side of the sale. It has now become very clear they didn't do this at all! In fact, they instead told you that I had cancelled my order? Not true! After a few months of being messed about by Vavava Store, I paid them the full amount of the bill, €2045.00!
Please read on.
The below includes an email I received from yout office in CHINA some time ago regarding the likely illegal treatment I've experienced at the hands of Vavava Store. This has been a 12 month long and painful saga on what should have been a really simple purchase. I initially tried to buy the scooter directly through you. as I have with all my many hundreds of purchases made from AliExpress (and still engaged in) over the years, as I've also tried to make from this seller, Vavava Store. At this time and now for many weeks, they have totally ignored all attempts to establish contact. I had hoped to talk with them in order for us to try and arrive at a solution to this very sad and extremely dismal situation.
It seems they have decided to keep my money and not deliver my paid for scooter. My fear is there is actually no scooter (they say it was sent by train to Poland in April this year, but is now being held by Polish Customs?) As I have said, it has been over 12 months..a very long time to try and buy something, most definitely having the seller in possession of one's money? My last communication from them was to tell me yet again that Polish Customs would not release my package? It has been close to seven long months since the train arrived in Poland? I'm sorry, but I have great difficulty believing any of this?

Total price was listed at US $2,343.99. Vavava reduced the price as an incentive by deducting VAT and import duties (this was to be an EU based sale...I reside in IRELAND). The total requested was €2045.00. Once again, I initially attempted to send my €2045.00 through directly to you, AliExpress. However, for whatever reason, I could never get past 'Eva', the standard service-answer bot?
Vavava Store then suggested I send my money directly to them. After a number of vain tries and subsequent failures, Vavava Store recommended I send the money directly to their co-owner and associate, Mr. Shaowei Yuan.(One of the listed owners..please see Business License) This also didn't work, at least not at first. Getting my funds to the Vavava Store was not easy. They then asked I send the funds to The Agricultural Bank Of China, so Mr. Yuan could collect from there?
The bank did eventually receive my money, but then did nothing with it as Vavava Store advised me the bank could not transfer the funds into Mr. Yuan's account? The bank claimed my own bank was not an accepted recognised institution? Why didn't Vavava know that? Although not transferred into their monetary system, they held onto my funds for at least two weeks before returning the money to my London based Foreign Exchange banking facility.
They also deducted €159.00 in service fees for basically doing nothing! I am not at all happy about this fact and am planning to approach The Agricultural Bank Of China's management to try and get back at least some portion of that money! I really don't believe they should have helped themselves to my funds when no business or transaction was done with them. After all, they refused the deposit so no nothing of any consequsnce occurred!
When this attempt failed, Vavava Store suggested I deal with another bank Mr. Yuan had an account with. They asked that I send the same exact amount to this new bank as what I had sent to the earlier bank. I drew out another €2045 from my London account (as the earlier amount had not yet been returned!) and I sent it to:
NAME: YAOLE CLOTHING TRADINGCO., LTDBENEFICIARY'S ACCOUNT NUMBER: NRA15702142010500005402 SWIFTBIC:CZCBCN2XBENEFICIARY BANK:Zhejiang Chouzhou Commercial Bank Co., Ltd BANK,ADDRESS:No. 161 Bayi south street, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China (Mind you, they too charged me, this time €70.00, for once again doing (same as the first bank) NOTHING!)
As to Mr.Yuan? He's the person Vavava Store told me to send any payments to. Vavava Store has never been particularly forthcoming about information such as, for example, tracking data, locations, schedules, etc..
Vavava did eventually pledge €150 Euros credit against my purchase to help make up in some small way for my losses with these 2 State owned banks (in both cases, it had been their mistake, after all!)
After the remaining money came back from those two banks (less the aforementioned combined €229), I then sent €1900 to Shaowei Yuan for Vavava Store. I have attached proof of this transfer below. Directly below are the personal banking details for Mr. Yuan I utilised. Btw, this time the money went straight through, no hassles!
Amount of transfer, €1900.00
Swift code:ABOCCNBJ020
(Same) Bank: AGRICULTURAL BANK OF CHINA, TIANJIN BRANCH
Account number:[protected]
Name on account :Shaowei Yuan
Mr. Yuan's Mobile phone in China is:+86 [protected](Incidentally, I've never been able to get anyone to answer this phone number?)
My question is, why didn't they do the transaction in this manner in the first place? I pray my scooter is in Poland and they will send it to me very soon? Perhaps you can ask them it's current status? They might be telling the truth? I am very suspicious though. If true, I must say these are the worst, most inept merchants I have ever dealt with!
So then, what will it take to satisfy me? Number One? Having my scooter delivered! By this time, they could have sent me a replacement parcel directly from CHINA or perhaps, passing on my money still in their possession, had another competing company send me the exact same item..or finally, just organised a full refund. But instead, they have done nothing at all!
If my parcel never left China, for the claimed train ride to Poland and then, a final transshipment to me, if indeed the case, then having my original €2045.00, (which I sent a total of 3 times), by rights should be returned to me. The combined €229 Euros overcharged by those 2 banks above really had nothing to do with any decision I made and therefore, I should not be penalised by having it deducted from my funds.
There is no way for me to know the intricacies of Chinese banking procedures, however, with Vavava Store being over there in China, their Accounts Department must have had some idea that these two banks would so excessively overcharge me. As mentioned, again for doing absolutely nothing (other than earning some interest on money that was, by these banks' own choices, never even theirs!).
To sum things up. I never received my goods. Vavava still continues to ignore me, even though I am definitely the injured party here. Being totally honest, they don't seem to be remotely reasonable or even interested. How can they continue to say over and over again that Polish Customs are holding up a shipment sent this many months ago? As a Diamond AliExpress member, I have, since my very first purchase some years ago and still today, been a very loyal, active customer.
Finally I cannot believe AliExpress/Alibaba would approve of the treatment I have received from one of your principal sellers? As you are clearly shown on Vavava Store's business license, you need to bear some responsibility for their actions/inactions, even if the sale did not go directly through you (in spite of my best efforts?). And plus, if for no other reason than they have made you look very, very bad!
Thank you1 Please don't ignore me as well?
With respect, michael anthony fischer

Desired outcome: Either an immediate delivery of my scooter from Poland as I had been promised or a full refund of my €2045.00 Euros from a year ago so I can purchase from another supplier.
