20Sept.2022- Scheduled appointment @ 0800hrs. Arrived @ 0742hrs. Meeting W. [censored]'t.Mgr. informing him that I have an extended warranty and filed a claim on 8 Sept.2022 and have a reference number#0342492 that he can reference to. He did not need the reference number that after their inspection will create a claim number and submit for approval. I provided a copy of a service report, from a certified auto repair dealership with images illustrating the small leaks around the main seal, engine crankshaft and oil pan gasket. He informed me he would need two to three days for their technician to inspect possible leaks and my vehicle would be ready for pickup on Thursday 22 Sept.2022. Once the leaks have been verified he would submit claim to also include replacement of rear shocks. He also informed me the possibility an independent inspection maybe required by an outside source. If I decide to take my vehicle on Thursday 22 Sept.2022 the vehicle will not be here for the independent inspection. I responded by let me know in advance and I will return for the independent inspection. He had to verify whether this was acceptable? No followup.

Wednesday 21 Sept.2022- 1105hrs. I called the [censored]'t/Mgr. requesting a status update on my vehicle. According to the ASss't.Mgr. Mytvehicle has not been inspected. Can I pickup my vehicle tomorrow Thursday 22Sept.2022 as PROMISED. He needed to check with his dispatcher was to when inspection will occur? No followup.

Thursday 22Sept.2022-1045hrs. I called the Service Mgr. and explained the above events and my vehicle will not be ready today. I also explained I never received any updates. According to the Service Mgr. my vehicle is now being inspected. As I vented I told him two full days have elapsed and nothing done. He also indicated an independent inspection maybe required? My response, if

required this could have occurred during the two full days you had the vehicle. Towards the end of our conversation that I looked at the 'Reviews' for this dealership's Service Dept. and they were all bad! As a new Service Mgr. to this dealership and with a management history of problem solving various Service Dept.'s from the front end to the actual service, repairs, to improve the ' Customer Service philosophy, relations within the Service Dept. My observation the Customer waiting area is 'Outdated' and certainly requires attention..

Friday 23Sept.2022-0813hrs. I called the [censored]'t Mgr. for an update. Response, due to the Parts Dept. computer system not functioning yesterday he did not receive a cost break parts required for repairs and two submit the claim. At 0835hrs.the Assi't Mgr. did call me back with an update. Are submitted the claim. Four days later!

Friday 23Sept.2022- 0824hrs. I called the Service Mgr. leaving a voice mail to return my call. At 09052hrs. the Service Mgr. returned my call. Repairs to the rear main seal, engine crankshaft, oil pan gasket all approved. Rear shocks not approved. Loaner vehicle approved. All repairs will be completed by next Wednesday 28Sept.2022. I inquired as to whether all parts are available? Yes. Technician has started work today.

Monday 26 Sept.2022- [censored]'t Mgr. left me a voice mail with updates.

Tuesday 27Sept.2022- 1058hrs. I returned [censored]'t Mgr. call inquiring as to when my vehicle will be ready for pickup tomorrow Wednesday 28 Sept.2022? He will call me back. At 1442hrs. the [censored]'t Mgr.returned my call stating my vehicle will not be ready tomorrow. What happened? We're busy! Can I pickup my vehicle Thursday 29Sept.2022 lat morning? No promises.

Wednesday 28Sept.2022- 1020hrs. I called the Service Mgr. leaving a 'Frustrated' voice mail.

Thursday 29Sept.2022- 0910hrs. I called the [censored]'t Mgr. requesting an update. Response 'Didn't you get my voice mail' yesterday?I did not receive any voice mail from you that is why I'am calling. Sorry I was in 'Training'. According to the technican the leak is from the ' FRONT PUMP SEAL' not what was originally inspected/approved. Eight days later now it is something new? 1025hrs. the Service Mgr. returned my call and my vehicle maybe readytomorro 30Sept.2022?

Friday 30Sept.2022- 1710hrs. [censored]'t Mgr. called your vehicle is finished and ready for pickup. I told him due to the time ( late afternoon ) I will pickup my vehicle tomorrow morning Saturday 1Oct.2022.

Desired outcome: It is apparent the new Service Mgr. has a 'Challenge' to review the entire existing system from the front end to the technical end. Customer Satisfaction/Service should be the common denominator.
